Benjamin J. Brant, Alternative/Renewable Energy & Sustainable Design Consultant

Mr. Brant has 35 years of international award-winning experience in the energy and environmental fields with employment in both the private and public sectors. Benjamin is a visionary and pioneer in the fields of energy and water efficiency, renewable energy, waste conversion, land planning and sustainable design. During his career, he founded a number of successful technology-driven companies. In addition to helping Eco-Farms create its patent-pending Closed-Loop Organic Agriculture platform, Mr Brant is currently a principal in Renewable H2O, a leading water technology development and services company. He previously was a founder of Byogy Renewables, a developer of advanced biofuels technologies licensed from Texas A&M University, and also founded Microgy, a publically traded company developing industrial-scale biogas plants utilizing best-in-class anaerobic digestion technology licensed from Denmark. Mr. Brant has a B.S. in Agriculture with a major in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona and masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado. Benjamin is a Certified Energy Manager and Certified Cogeneration Professional through the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and is professionally accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners.
