David J. Slawson, Senior Advisor

Since graduating from Portland State University (B.A., Political Science, 1972), David Slawson has made a career of developing successful projects focused on health, natural medicine, and clean sustainable energy sources In 1996, David co-founded Stirling Energy Systems (SES), a company whose purpose was to develop a highly efficient solar energy technology based on the solar dish Stirling technology. As Chairman and CEO David’s team signed contracts totaling 1,750 megawatts "the world’s largest solar power contracts ever signed" and are valued at $5.8 billion dollars, In 1994, David was hired by NF formulas to help expand its herbal supplement business which resulted in an increase of $3.5 million in additional sales. In 1991, David moved to Maui, Hawaii and founded Sustainable Technologies Inc. (STI). A green technology company primarily focused on anaerobic digestion. Throughout his professional career, David had owned and operated East West College (EWC) in Portland, Oregon for the last 30 years.
